Carol was very dependable and was always available to assist us in our housing search in an area in which we were not familiar. We were relocating to a new state and were not available to monitor our new build regularly and Carol was always present for the walk through appointments in our absence. It brought us piece of mind that she was monitoring the process for us. She is very patient and always follows through on any questions or tasks.
